A beautifull new contempory villa retaining provencial architecture with breathtaking sea and valley view.
The villa contains all the necessary comfort for a greath holliday for maximum 8 persons. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, this ensuring privacy for every room.
Three bedrooms contain double beds, one has two single beds. Air-conditioning is provided in all rooms.
The kitchen contains all the modern comfort: American refrigerator, 2 dish washers, oven with induction plates, professional espresso machine…
The living room is very cozy and contains a B&O hi-fi, Internet TV is present in all rooms. The living room and the kitchen give access to the terrace where you have a splendid sea and valley view. On the terrace you have the dining table in teak and a complete outdoor salon and launge aera. A washing and drying machine is at your service. Wireless internet is also provided.
The beautifull garden and teras has a 5 m by 9 m infinity swimming pool and is south oriented. You have the sun the whole day.
The villa is located on a hill and accessible via a private driveway and is located in a closed private park of 9 villas. There is also a garage and parking facility for several cars. The villa’s location guarantees your complete privacy.
The beach with beautiful facilities is close by. Saint-Tropez is located 15 minutes by car.
Minimum periods of two weeks (always the first 2 weeks or the last 2 weeks of the month)
The villa is for rent for maximun 8 persons. Small pets are allowed
This price is 4.000€ per week in low season and 6.000€ per week in high season (July and August). This price includes everything except cleaning. A mandatory cleaning person comes by each week and has to be paid locally by the tenant. We will ask for a deposit of 2.500€ which will be reimbursed completely if there are no additional costs.
