Minimum one week (always from 1-8, 8-15, 15-22, 23-30 or 7 nights) for the price of 4.750 € per week in the
months of June, July and August. All other months the price is 2.750 € per week. This price includes everything except the use of the telephone. A mandatory cleaning person comes by twice a week and has to be paid locally by the tenant. We will ask for a deposit of 5.000 € which will be reimbursed completely if there are no additional costs.
