This marvelous house, situated on the peninsula of St-Tropez in the bay of L'Escalet has a beautiful sea view. The villa has all the characteristics of the Provence. It's situated at walking distance from the beautiful beach of L'Escalet.
 
The center of the picturesque town of Ramatuelle is at only 5 min by car and St-Tropez is only a 10 min drive away. A supermarket and other shops can be found at only 3 km away. The house is located on a private road and because of the exceptional location on the peninsula there are no traffic problems during the rush season.
 
The villa has recently been completely renovated and contains all the necessary comfort. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, thus ensuring privacy for every room.
 
Three bedrooms contain double beds, one has two single beds. All bathrooms were renewed in 2004. Air-conditioning is provided where necessary.
 
The kitchen is typical for the Provence and contains all the modern comfort: American refrigerator, dish washer, oven with ceramic plates, microwave and espresso machine.
 
The living room is very cozy and contains a B&O hi-fi, satellite TV with video and dvd. There is enough space for 8 adults. (Chairs, seats etc). An open fire is also available. The living room and the kitchen give access to the terrace where you have a splendid sea view. On the terrace you have the dining table in teak and a complete salon in bamboo. There is telephone with fax and the house is protected by an alarm system with central reporting room. A washing machine is also available.
 
 
The property comprises further of an entrance hall, two toilets and a second smaller living room. The modern oil central heating system also supplies the hot water.
 
 
The villa is located on a hill and accessible via a private driveway which can be closed by a remote controlled electric gate with intercom. There is also a garage and parking facility for several cars. The villa's location guarantees your complete privacy.
 
 
A 5 m by 9 m infinity swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi is located in the upper part of the garden. From the pool you have an excellent sea view. Around the pool there is a large terrace for garden furniture and lounge chairs. A bar with refrigerator further complements the pool.
